- Cancellation fees of 15% will apply incase item has reached us but cancelled from customers side
Stains are removed on a best effort basis with no guarantee on 100% removal, we are entitled to full payment for services rendered.
Customers are requested to share their packaging preference- hangers, folded, half folded
We offer free pick up and delivery faciltiies, however a home convenience fee of ₹188 will be added in case the pre tax billing amount is less than ₹999/-
- All pickup and deliveries and subject to slot availablity by brand
- Pickups will be scheduled within 2-4 hours depending upon the custimer location
- Rescheduled pickup/ delivery may require a leadtime of 1 day. Failed deliveries due to customer rescheduling/unavailability/non payment will be attempted within 48h on best effort basis

- Express | Next working day - 75% over the total bill amount
- Urgente | Same day delivery - 100% over the total bill amount
- Our factories are closed on Sunday
We are not responsible for loss or damage to any personal or non cleaning articles left
in the clothing or bags such as cash or jewelery
• In case of misplaced or damaged garment, the maximum liability will be up to 6 times
the garment billing value in form of service credits.
• Customers are responsible for verifiying number of garments on delivery or else
company count is considered finally.
